The Keizer Art Association announces the July “First Tuesday” Meet-up Event, The Art Critique

Each month, the Keizer Art Association hosts a free demonstration and meet-up at the Keizer Art Association Studio. August’s First Tuesday will feature artist Greg Lewis presenting The Art Critique. In general, The Art Critique is a structured process of analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting a work of art to understand its meaning, clarity, and impact.

Please come along to enjoy an evening with fun, friendly people, learn a bit about art ,and enjoy treats and a free raffle. Bring along your in progress or latest completed piece of art –  any medium from jewelry to fabric crafts and two and three-dimensional media!

The Meet-Up is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Keizer Art Association Classroom. All are welcome!

Founded in 1986, the Keizer Art Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage and promote art in the local community. The Keizer Art Association and Gallery is located in the Keizer Cultural Center, located at 980 Chemawa Road, Keizer.
